Would it help if you posted a few dozen videos about local things there in York, like a video tour of the Harley plant or maybe a interview with the owners of the Brogue country store?

I rented a 2 bed main floor last week off a video tour alone thanks to Covid. @ $1,600/ month it wasn’t exactly a dive.

For the last 3 or 4 months I've been actively searching for and touring properties.

That group functions by making money through membership fees, house tours, and education, so just really think through whatever offer you get pitched.

Yesterday I did a little driving tour of other areas I was told about and there are definitely a few I can remove from my list.I would love to talk a little bit more about the area if you have any time to chat.

So I took a virtual tour of some of the rougher areas of Detroit via Google Maps (2019 images).During the day the area looks abandoned, (but after dark...), and the housing stock looks decent and reasonably well kept up.

Even if you lose a couple thousand on your first deal - those lessons are worth much more and you are able to learn those lessons in your 20s and not in tour 40s.

During those peak months most units can only be toured during the turn, which is the time a unit is cleaned after guests leave, which is usually just one day. 

@Tater Raid What we did for one of our properties is run the ONE ad as a whole house, and when we got calls we asked if it was a group of friends or a family and during the tour, we would learn more about them.
