LOL  If there's going to be problems down the road, their advice or forethought as to the planning/building of the structure, at least the flooring/layering on top of the existing structure, is going to be sooooo vital. 

They have been in business for years and live in a home that they plan to live in for 5+ more years. 

If you have specific needs for a project you're working I may be able to point you in the right direction.

I checked the manufacturer's specifications and they don't have any sort of table or calculation to utilize.

If you plan to buy from wholesalers you will need to get used to the "as-is" purchase and on refundable down payment.  

I hope you had a Plan B, in the event you needed to close. 

I don’t see where you can input every property in your portfolio and the specific loan details of each and it live updates when remaining balances, current values, and equity estimates. 

Directions not followed, plans not followed, nothing seems to be double checked, like color with the change orders. 

Are there specific websites for it or are they done through networking only?
