I didn't think of taking pics with smart phones, that sounds like a great option.Slipping it under the door isn't really an option- the doors are sealed pretty well and they are also common entry doors.

Good morning all,I have been trying to find some info, and know that there are smart people here that may have the answer.An associate is selling a 4plex.The new buyer/offerer was supposedly approved for the amount.The buyer now says that FHA will not approve the loan because the rents that are shown on the appraisal are too low.Has anyone heard of this?

With two new people partnering together it's like having dumb and dumber (I know you guys are smart, so that's just an expression) partnering up so that they can burn two years worth of savings on a corperat divorce (not sure if that is faster and cheaper than a real life divorce, ask my friend that is still trying to divide properties after 3 years, many attorneys and many court hearings for code violations...).
