It's just such a pain in the neck when the CC gets compromised and I have to get a new one, so ... anyone ... anyone ...

I can afford it now, but it’s painful and I’m constantly bleeding from them, especially if they aren’t being rented.  

I guess I see it as a different thing since you can go back and relisten, albeit probably painful, to the conversation to take notes. 

I'm a believer that the party is going to wind down eventually, probably mid-2021, and we're going to see some economic pain.

Moving forward, though, I'll be looking to integrate some of the full-scale systems that Buildium and AppFolio have, so I think I'll jump straight to AppFolio and skip a painful transition at 200 units.I think the best play for each person or group will depend on the down-stream goals. 

Has anyone had experience with that being a pain?

Knob and tube can be a pain in the backside.  

It took forever and was a complete pain but paid off.

With just pain, toilet, and tub, we could just make it an okay unit.

You've done a great thing posting this, and the pain you're feeling right now will be the catalyst that allows you to change and grow!
