When it comes to the actual purchase, you might be able to {gradually} purchase shares of the business (depending on how it is set up and the appetite of the owners) rather than an all out purchase.

As people transition to our area, they book our place to coincide with completing construction, sale/purchase of housing, etc…so, #1 location#2, growth of the economy, influx of jobs, etc#3, don’t laugh…have your house well decorated and take pro pictures to share.

Unfortunately, this contractor failed to obtain the necessary final inspections for the job and has since left for Europe, leaving the project unfinished.I understand that this contractor has also left multiple other homeowners in our community in a similar predicament.

So I would find an inspector that knows their limits as an inspector and also one that lets you know how they are keeping up with their education so you know if what they share is current.
