Hello BP,I own a quadplex 4 unit multifamily in a state where marijuana is not legal in any capacity (recreational or medicinal); and one of my tenants (A) has mentioned marijuana smells coming in through the vents shared among all units.

Well at the hearing the city admitted that they had no comps within 5 milesThey had used a portion supposed added value placed on the permits by the GC (without my knowledge)Changes the year of the property from 1978 to 1990 supposedly because if you remodel then you bring the build year up.

You need to do a record search and review the permits and CofO to find out if it was legally permitted at the the time it was constructed.
