I started the course, and I haven't been more intrigued and passionate about something than real estate. lol I almost laugh at myself on how many videos I have watched.

You're not going to hit home-runs every time, just getting on base and being able to fund your next venture is a win.Sounds like you may need to do a bit more research before committing your degree to real estate - it is always important to be passionate and truly eager in whatever path you take.

I definitely have my work cut out for me but I realized that I can't move forward in business unless I can incorporate my passion to help locals.
