Hi everyone,

My name is Charlie Lilly, and I am a 25-year-old business graduate from Saint Mary's University. My passion lies in real estate investment, and I am currently working on becoming a successful real estate investor in the Halifax/HRM area.

Growing up, I was fortunate enough to learn the ins and outs of the real estate industry from my father, who owned and managed 65 units. This experience taught me the importance of hard work, dedication, and the time it takes to build a successful real estate portfolio.

In February 2022, I landed a job doing maintenance for a large REIT in the Halifax area. This job has given me practical experience in general repairs and maintenance of large multi-family buildings. Additionally, I am on-call for 4500 units in the area every few weeks, which has given me a unique perspective on the industry.

Recently, I took on a second job with the same company as a live-in assistant superintendent. This role does not interfere with my day job, and I am eager to learn as much as possible about the industry.

I am now looking to network with local established people in the Halifax/HRM area who are involved in the real estate industry. I am interested in speaking with anyone from agents and contractors to mortgage brokers and anyone who may require assistance or have business opportunities available.

I am hoping to connect with individuals who are willing to mentor and provide guidance as I continue to grow my real estate portfolio. I am also open to discussing any employment or business opportunities that may arise.
