You want to know vacancy rates, average market rents, what amenities push that number up and down and a minimum of 5 year financial projections.

Does anyone know about this program?  The program costs 500 dollars, and claims to train you in investing in commercial properties and then mentor you for 4 sessions.  ThanksMike
