Kitchen cabinets ripped off the wallHuman waste  on the carpet .Toilets broken off at the base .A house so vile you wear a tyvek suit , with the pants and arms taped shut , a rubber cap over your hair , and a dual filter   face mask .

They asked everyone to wear masks and refrain from unnecessary activities but allowed all the businesses to stay open.

You offer good advice, but layer on so much condescension that it's impossible to even want to consider.

basically they only have to self affirm they were affected,  and it doesn't give any minimum thresholds,   so if they paid money for a face mask they would not otherwise have purchased that probably qualifies.

If you want to partner up with someone just partner up.If you want a mentor, find one and pay for it.Why add another layer of hand holding.

Same ones who won't wear masks. 

I am extremely risk averse and I am trying to learn to peel back the layers and get comfortable being uncomfortable. 

The government cooks the numbers to mask how bad the problem is.

Layer on the Deprival-Superreaction Tendency, which is proved by man many experiments and basically says winning ten dollars and losing ten dollars don't both have the same emotional magnitude.
