They are in the game to make $$, and in taking your $$, they may well be taking all your profits from your property.Second, I think your move out clause is a little unreasonable.

It's been eons since I shopped for a dishwasher, and never for a rental yet, but given the unit which needs the machine isn't super high-end, I'm leaning towards the 400-500 price point (quality/value/reliability).

I struggle with whether I should take some money off the table and sell off some properties, reinvest in other areas that cash flow with some more room to grow on the apprecIation side, or just play the long game and ride it out.
