Newbie in the Rehab Market (fix and flip) looking for assistance

Last time I was involved in rehab was 2007 in Florida. I am now living in MA and looking to get back into the game. Looking to meet others starting out or in the biz to network with. The local REIA meetings are not in my area when I went online to look (I am 20 min north of Providence RI) Interested in meeting contractors, investors and HML. Even open to partner with a newbie as well or seasoned investor to help with out of pocket expenses.
