We plan to build on our “Deal Finder”, introduce a mobile app, and build out solutions to help investors meet contractors, lawyers, wholesalers (avoiding wannabes who just bought some guru course), and maybe foray into commercial - allowing investors to connect with Commercial Brokers. 

I am happy with the outcome and look forward to closing this deal and being a repeat investor.

I have a home equity loan being processed and I’m currently active in finding new deals.

From a buyer's perspective if they are willing to sell based on the current compressed NOI and incomes then you are likely getting a decent deal once stabilized. 

I've been an agent for 3 years now and I've closed two deals, but want to start using my license more, so I'd love to hear how other agents got their business rolling!

I converted to long-term, have a lot less to deal with, and I'm only making about $2,000 less a year. 

Now, I have the capital to invest myself and am looking for my first deal.
