I am currently employed in the Gaming Industry in Biloxi.  

B2R was established by funds managed by Blackstone Tactical Opportunities to provide residential buy-to-rent mortgages for property investors, focused exclusively on the financing and growth capital needs of single-family home investors and entrepreneurs.We offer portfolio financing (blanket loans) starting at $300K. 

Some are flat-assed broke and very poorly run (no sarcasm on that one).Technically you should have been able to review those docs prior to closing, and even now after you've closed I think it's pretty industry standard to to be able to access that info, but they may require you to jump through some hoops and pay for it.

This is just the circumstance of the industry.  

I live in MI & I'm looking to accumulate a dozen or so rental properties however being new to the industry I'm seeking advice as to how to do it successfully.

Keep in mind that title is handled differently in different states as each state regulates the insurance industry.
