Construction was planned for 8 weeks.Of course as with anything that you do, nothing ever goes perfectly as planned and this one was no different.

You can sell it at anytime during the entitlement process at it ever increasing value.

I use a company called Evolve to run all my booking, payments and calendar for which they take 13% of the nightly rates. 

The first one charged one month’s rent to locate a tenant, required a $1000 deposit for future repairs that I would not even be notified about in advance, and would be replenished from the following month’s rent along with 10% management fee before I ever got any funds.
