I would see if that seller, your PM, is willing to consider picking up a part of the replacement expense, since you received a credit for less than half the replacement cost, but two years is far less than half the life expectancy of a roof.

Loss of Jobs applying the expected downwards pressure while the destruction of over 2400 structures by the fire in 2016 has resulted in a building boom that will continue into the rest of this year.Almost half of my workforce never returned after the fire when the entire city was evacuated.

More than half our tenants have been in place for more than 5 years, some more than 10 and a couple more than 20, so of course we have replaced things and updated things during that time.

I am aware that is no where near enough money but I do have my brother who is willing to be my private lender if I need him for a down payment, and as for my monthly bills/expenses I will have a roommate who will be cutting these payments in half.
