i'm thinking of making one with poured cement as its for outdoors in a private spot in my backyard (very simple, open, like the type near beaches and pools, but i do want a pan so i can redirect grey water down the pan's drain to the area of garden i want it to go. yea i like to take showers outdoors in the summer instead of tracking dirt/mud into the house, as am an avid gardener and it reminds me of my vacations overseas of which these days it doesn't look i'll be going on anytime soon cuz of my finances =/

It can help provide a way out of a draining asset for whoever needs out (be it the city/county, bank, or private owner), quality investment for passive investors, good homes for renters, work for the community (construction, marketing, PM, handyman), profits for the initial investor/rehaber, and help to keep neighborhoods clean, with property taxes being paid too.

(normally recommended, especially if you are a landlord)- Water Backup:  For water damage due to the backup of Sewers or Drains.- Personal Articles:   Coverage for belongings that have a special or collectors value      such as Jewelery, Furs, Fine Arts, Collectibles, etc...Your age should not be a factor on the pricing but, depending on the company these other factors may get you credits:- Insurance Score (company pulls certain info out of your credit report)      It is not your credit score but generally better credit will result in a better score- Time at your job- Education level- time at current residenceIf you have questions on any of this info PM me.

I was required to put in a 1 hr. firewall (from attic to basement) and have had to open up all walls to reveal the plumbing so any drains etc. not up to code can be corrected.

Let me share a story on a CL laborer "GIG" hire.Several years ago I had to create a few drain fields for my swimming pool, and at the end I end up with a big pile of excavated sand that needs to be disposed of.Imagine how much sand a typical bathtub will hold, well multiply that by 5.I posted an ad on CL, posted a picture of the big mount of sand, gave the estimated volume how many cubic feet, and asked for a lump sum quote to come pick it up and dispose of it.
