If you bought the Waco house right, you should be paying your mortgage down right now with rental income.

We've flipped a few houses in the past, built a few, remodeled a few,etc. 

Side note, when they were selling the house they considered this space the 3rd bedroom, but during the appraisal, they considered it a loft.

He lives in NY but does a lot of flips in FL and has a second house there as well I believe.

Just want to go where I'll have the most success house hacking.

Hi BP,I own 2 rental properties in Baltimore MD and i am first having trouble deciding on whether to place them in an LLC or not (I plan to slowly scale and house hack a new property once a year).

It includes a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom ranch house along with a private street hosting a small mobile home park with 5 units. 

My Credit Union said they cannot help because house is under an LLC.
