Would I/they have to pay any fee beside the court records fee?

If a tenant has removed their belongings, why would they motion the court to move their stuff back????

@Steven ParksIt appears you are pursuing this topic on multiple forum threads. 

I commonly changed the filters when tenants moved but I've had a few who appear not to cook much. 

The tenant was served the notice of the court date.

One tenant i got a warrant of removal after non-payment of March rent at the court, now he went back to show Order of Cause to elongate process etc.

I do check court records for evictions. 

The other 20% is a grab bag of people that don't need to use ALL rental income to qualify (so the one unit appearing on tax returns does the trick), people that move back in with mom who doesn't charge rent, wonky things like that. 

He is a CPA, Tax Attorney, IRA expert and regularly takes on the IRS in court.
