My 6 month goal is to create a strategic real estate investment plan,  build my foundation of knowledge via BiggerPockets podcast/ webinars, and continue to save (I will have 60k cash to invest) My one year goal is to make my first real estate investment purchase.This is very vague, although I am currently reading Brandon Turners book “Rental Property Investing” and creating my plan to be much more detailed and intentional! 

Remember, your goal is to get an bigger pocket, not an empty one.

Here's what I created in an attempt to get either a lower price or better payment terms with seller financing.Background:  This is an international property in a Country that it's fairly common to ask for payments.  

Longert term goal is to purchase larger apartment complexes.  

Randy, it is a single family and I would be renting 1 bedroom and the only other full bath as well as the common areas of the home.
