Looking to connect with commercial brokers in the Stockton area for small-mid size apartment investment.

Hey guys,I just came across some wholesale deals and I was refered to a broker in the area.

I have started my wholesaling Realestate business and wanted to know if anyone had input on where would be a good source or sources of finding buyers which may include investors,flippers,brokers etc to buy these properties?

You can work with a list broker to get suggestions on targets for your campaign. 

Or very good brokers who have been doing it for decades and take care of their clients.. but your right.. one off   say from FCI exchange and yes it goes bad ( whole note) and you have your work cut out for you as you described.

My company works with a lot of investors (we manage their property) and the brokers that they use are our partners and this seems to be the sentiment across the board.

I'm thinking I'd like a broker to run a bunch of different companies and find the best deal. 

My broker has generously offered me 10k to market myself and advertise however I would like.

My goal is to be able to buy single as well as multifamily homes and live off of the rent (long term goal) Ive also met with a broker who works with short sales, he takes on about 10 "projects" a year presents you with the short sales in area of interests (mainly Long Island) along with high and low comps, he asks for a percentage (unknown, at our discretion it appears) of the  profit after the property is sold, he typically works with investors who buy and flip. 

The first one was a mess, with a broker and her spouse/office manager being really nasty people.I wish I didn't buy a BMW for appearances sake.
