Good afternoon, I could really use some advice on how do deal with a UCC lien,   Couple three weeks ago I applied for a home equity loan to fund a rehab project,   As the bank ran a title search they found that I had a UCC Lien (Fixture) on my mortgage,  It was from the original owner of the property in her name and a a cosigner.
