Hello BP family,I am hoping to get a little advise or insight from some more experienced investors if possible.I currently have a SFR located in Iowa which just became unoccupied.

The people on your team should have more experience than you so that you can consult with them and ask for advise.

You could pool acreage with neighbors, but from a development standpoint I'd advise my solar clients to be wary of leasing surface over an actively mined mineral claim.

What is confusing to me is that most books advise on protecting your asset under an LLC.

I would prefer to have all of my available cash ready to invest in additional liens at the end of the year, but if it is possible to re-sell/assign some liens on the market if needed, I will probably exercise all of them.Any thoughts or advise would be helpful.
