Taking away time from family and real estate, but it’s all temporary and I’ve got a plan, so there’s a light at the end of the tunnel!

I have a family member that worked on oil pipelines and he was also always looking for temporary housing. 

We also own one on the Atlantic in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida which has performed very well.

Hi Team, does anyone have recommendations or partners they work with for housing/resident placement in South Shore? 

The investor will have to distinguish between those properties suffering temporary cash flow compression, and those with functional obsolescence that are essentially tear downs.In the SFR arena, there are no obvious categories for subject to right now.  

I personally do not buy in Marion Oaks, The Shores, or the Ocala National Forest areas. 

(Also remember that loans are temporary- you can switch at a later date!).  

Those are both potentially temporary factors.

We had a duplex STR in Gulf Shores, Alabama.  

As a Property Manager with a few furnished homes, the demand is often high, many reasons: sometimes it's someone in between homes, sometimes it's a seasonal person, sometimes it's a temporary assignment (travel nurses), and on and on.We restrict ours to 30 days minimum, it keeps the weekend wedding party crew away and filters it down to those with more serious intentions.
