I am not looking to get rich quick but I am interested to get this deal started if I can get some ideas on what areas I can look at and what tool I can use to get my search started.

@Conway Churaman I think it comes down to the shifting of mindset as Rich Dad talks about.  

The book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" only helped fan that into a flame a number of years later.

Don't listen to naysayers, don't listen to 'get rich now' Sayers, stick somewhere in the middle.  

I don't know their personal or financial situation at all.. but not everyone is trying to get "rich" necessarily.It's very possible that their passion also includes things like enriching others lives, and bringing new people into the business.

After reading Rich Dad, poor Dad, I realized it's time to get out of the rat race.
