Here I can feel comfortable surrounded by like minded folk, who are moving at their own pace and want to be successful and make money.It is also very enlightening and comforting to me anyway, to see so many different cultures and ethnicities represented here on this platform, and we are all here with pretty common goals, learn, network, interact and if we are lucky we also get to help someone out.Stuff can get crazy out there, I hate reading the news and listening to bi-partisan discussions about today's issues or non issues made into issues.Here it is peaceful, we all want to better our lives, interact and have successful investments!

Because wealth is something you would willingly sacrifice to get healthy.Being wealthy is the ability to meet your obligations and attain  your desires without undue concern.Without that you don't have peace of mind, without piece of mind you are probably not healthy.One last thing.If the pursuit of wealth means you are willing to take s**t from someone then you are not wealthy.

Now personally I would take a "peace-maker" approach (the velvet-glove) and just contact the tenants and say how it's been a noticed things around there and not saying if it is them or not, but with it that noticeable out doors it's inviting serious problems and a person would be best to be smart and discrete of such a thing before that uninvited attention is police.

I wasn't crazy about the idea, because I knew she complained about everyone else already, but went along with it for peace in the family and just considered it charity. 8 months later she moved out and they didn't speak again for 3 years.
