These are located in DC correct?

Hi All,  I'm looking to build a rental property portfolio and while searching online for a good location to start my search I came by an article (link below) that had a map function that shows Muskegon Michigan with what looks to be some interesting numbers.

But the location (being on a major road surrounded by apartments) is not ideal for our children.  

Would be nice if I could export it at the end into a PDF or so with a map where you can see the property locations followed by the list of properties with images, price and some info.Simon

Have a full time job so I cannot locate any good deals myself.

Assuming you could invest anywhere in the US1. how would you practically identify the most suitable possible locations for rental properties ?
