Foundation issue.Rates v reliability?

NO HVAC  build up on raised foundations.. pretty easy for your lower end product.Banking relationships takes years in most cases to land.. unless your very well cashed up and have tons of experience..

We are going to need to repaint at the very least and potentially do some foundation work.

Most RE Agents want the deal to Close so they can get paid, not have a conversation that turns into a Thanksgiving Dinner fight over whether Ohio should beat Michigan or that Hillary really DID launder money through the Clinton Foundation.

Also please post if you have any references.For rehabbing , what are the big items apart from foundation and plumbing does one have to worry about.

The stairs look pretty good and the foundation ok but the roof looks weak.

I have some benefits left from my GI Bill that I’m wanting to put towards a masters in something that’ll strengthen my foundation.

The only issue is a huge foundation crack in the basement.

(see pic) The next door neighbor has been asking us to remove the tree as it is about 3-4 feet away from their wall and they are worried the wide spreading root will damage the house foundation and piping.

Flooring should be sitting on top of the slab foundation.
