Purchase price: $67,000I bought this company from MidSouth Home Buyers.

My lease agreement informs them that I expect them to do this and I have instructions this, and they have asked me for these very instructions, which I have yet to create.

Is this near DTW?

The main reason I'm asking this, is to understand how much cash I need to save up in reserves before pulling the trigger on a deal like this?

This is why being a landlord can be unpleasant because you are dealing with different personalities.

Sometimes if that is an approval verse a bank account showing $500K for example, the agent on the list side may need a little education on what you are looking to do, I always have the lender call the agent in this situation to get them on board to get the listing agent more on board. 

We thought snapping receipt + sending invoice email directly to QBO was super attractive.However, we are finding QBO to be also cumbersome and pricey1) Personal credit card - If I mistakenly use personal CC, I have to manually create an entry (this happens quite often). 2) Pricey - $99/month is now really adding up.WE thought it would be a great early learning and investment to adopt QBO now as we scale (hopefully to MTR and LTR).
