One of my uncles was a cop his entire life, when he died, he owned 16 rental properties, free and clear.Everyone, no matter what job they have, should take care of their own business and not expect the government to provide health services.I also have other, much deeper, inside information about Medicare which I am not allowed to disclose.

I am still new and can't say with certainty, but my understanding is it can only be done with a double closing or selling of an LLC, as lenders typically have seasoning requirements on REO properties.Definitely dig deeper and/or wait for veterans to respond, but I am almost certain this is the same info you will find and/or receive.Chris

So if its been on the MLS for a while it may not be a deal unless you can get them to accept a deeper discount (unlikely) or know something about that property no one else does (particular neighborhood with upside potential, maybe)
