Hey all - Thanks for the words of wisdom.

Honestly, it’s not my wisdom or investment skills that helped me become successful with my investments.

First of all, I appreciate people like you who aren’t afraid to challenge conventional wisdom when it seems bogus.

Legally at least.The why is much more complex.Jon covered the numbers and the wisdom of the deal from an investing perspective.Then there is the issue partnering.

Additionally, these people are wonderfully willing to offer their time and advice to folks like yourself who are looking for some advice in getting going.Do tell us a bit more about yourself and hopefully we can offer you some wisdom to help you get things going for yourself!

Plenty of resources, information, tips, wisdom over thousands of posts (just search and read through) or available live from the experts, and there are plenty of them..Good luck.Abdul

, and was thinking of Stockton because investment properties in the SF Bay area where we live are way out of our price range.Sorry if this question has been asked before, but I am hoping to revive this topic in case anyone has some updated perspective and wisdom for today's market conditions ~Q2 2014.
