:groovy: Hey this is Nick from Jackson, NJ, Home of Six Flags. I am a Certified Loss Mitigation Consultant looking to learn more about investing and eventually own some investment property of my own. I want to learn how to leverage property to bring in residual income and be able to teach what I learn to other's including my kids (have only 1 now but planning on more in the future). Anyway, I look to do some networking, maybe make some good friends and learn more about real estate.
