STR rental being run out of your home (is this allowed, if so will the company bail on you if it suddenly isn’t), a lease to a company so if they stop paying rent your hosed, a larger number of people with a chance to sue if you if they are hurt (make sure your landlord policy covers short term rentals and your property being used as a business location).Now list your upsides…are they offering at least double market rent and a few months of rent as a security deposit?
