But declining an applicant who applied for your rental and you received a credit report stating they had bad credit, is based on facts that you actually paid money to receive about this tenant.

Presently a fixed mortgage is running around 3.0% which the variable rate is about half a point lower at 2.5%.While I have not found ARM products in the U.S.A. to be quite as flexible as variable rate mortgages at home, the principal is the same.

And by the contractor having skin in the game, the GC would not likely draw our the process and it would be done quicker with attention to the finished product since he/she will profit from a home that will sell quickly.
