Saves a lot of time (my personal pet peeve)

I didn’t notice the highway noise inside too much and we would put up a privacy fence for enclosed parking and pet area.

I specifically mentioned on my listing no pets.

but same thing higher end subs.. my pet peeve is the laborers just dumping their lunch garbage on the ground and leaving their cans of mtn dew or other soft drinks.

I'll never use a laminate floor in a rental again, it just doesn't hold up to kids and pets in my experience. 

It must also be resistant to vermin outdoors and pets / children indoors. 

The existing tenants had a no pet lease, and they also have units with complete carpet so it wouldn't be best for a pet.

Phoney Balloney POF's  another pet peeve of mine.. but uneducated sellers don't know the difference 5.

I am going to allow pets - has anyone used this moisture barrier and did it make a difference protecting the pad and allowing repeat carpet cleaning from pet issues?  

My unit is a single family home and when I did it last time, I was the one moving out so the way I did it was to show it to people first (of course I did some weeding on the phone call, to make sure they at least met the minimum requirements ie no pets, criminal history, etc.) but I didn't even have them fill anything out until they had seen the place.
