Hello Bigger pockets forum,My friend and I are thinking about a partnership in an out of state investment(for myself out of state/ in state for him-primary residence).

But I would NOT be giving up 50% of the profits, no acquisition fees, and no $10K to $25K to join a partnership program.

I want to exercise my rights and end the partnership.
