I'm a junior in high school who plans on going to college(I have a shot at a substancial scholarship), and am interested in real estate and investment.

First, I think you need a mentor.

Also a presence in person enables you to buy off market deals.My mentor has taught me this and he has over 30 multi family’s in California.

Find a good mentor within the right brokerage that aligns with your values and goals. 

Don't pay for expensive conferences or mentor classes; 80 phone calls four days a week; block your time; do not send requests to make a phone appointment when people do that it is annoying and you will be blocked; what company are you with?

That system is just not designed for our nich no matter what some of the  course providers and mentors say.Peopl on the MLS usually want market value.

You do not need a course on wholesaling, or a mentor or much help on this.

I am diving into wholesaling and Rehabbing and feel as if a mentor/advisor would be great seeing that I'm fairly new to the game.

I am a fan of coaching/mentoring programs but with that being said, I suggest you do a bunch of research on the subject here on BP and YouTube.
