So unfortunately they don't allow that easy of tax planning, you have to look at the average income for the past 3 years (which includes the year of sale).

All you have to do is calculate the rent in the area (which is super easy).

I have a BRRR going in Burlington right now, there are deals out there, but they sometimes not easy to find.

It's easy and quick for people coming from Philly or NY/NJ to get to.

Title chain is easy to follow anyway.....a few minutes on your state corporations website tells us whose LLC it is.

Are such buildings easy to rent out, and how would they be taxed.. as a residential building or as commercial? 

In addition I would assume that they will do a double conversion, first from Shekels to GBP and then to USD.Wiring money from an Israeli bank to an American bank is safe an easy, the only problem is the fees, that's why I'm looking for a transfer service with lower fees (and preferably one that's a long time running company with a reputation of not disappearing with the money...)
