Getting the smell out of a house can be difficult, needed to pressure wash garage concrete, professionally clean interior tile twice, paint walls, clean AC ducts, and finally run an Ozone maker about 4 times.

Roof is new, wiring is new (new = less than 5yrs in my book) interior of the house is in good condition if dated, detached garage will not fall in on a car parked inside, basement is not an indoor pool when it rains.

I still have a year left of college before I enter the "real world," and would love to make real estate work for me so I can stay with it.

This building is a monster. 6 full size indoor gyms, overhead observation areas, massive weight room, in door sprint track....
