This is a traditional REIA with memberships and meeting fees, but it is non-profit and has only 1 or 2 selling speakers per year.

I finally caved and went pro with my membership with the intention of being much more active here, I also decided it was time to join the only existing REAI in the capital district only to find out they’ve transitioned to a national level organization, and I’m afraid I’ve got enough national level networking opportunities here in the BP world, so where to next?

I plan on attending your meetings as soon as I have my membership paid!

I think that membership level gives you the right to advertise in the "Marketplace".

If anyon has any advice on forums to read, organizations to consider (such as look for companies that are certified by xyz, or have a membership with abc, etc.), or specific recommendations, I would greatly appreciate it so that I am not quite doing the whole needle-in-a-haystack search.Here are some of my criteria:- Multi-state.
