I am primarily wholesaling right now and am restructuring my business and want to be able to grow and add more people when the volume grows.

I think now I want to start a business and grow my properties.

Growing up, my father fixed and flipped probably 10-12 houses over the course of 3-4 years doing almost all the labor himself.  

Hi Alison,I think this is a fairly common conundrum that you're in with anyone who owns property in a growing market and has a sizable equity stance.
