I certainly wouldn't remove functioning equipment.

.- We get in touch with abatement company, get an estimate, they start work after dry-out company removes their equipment.- Insurance claim is denied, we agree on price with abatement company, they finish abatement, we pay them.The dry-out company had our claim number, but since that claim was denied, we don't want them to put a lien on our place or think we're dodging them.

So, ask yourself IF you are equipped to handle that work load OR would you rather invest your energy in building your business first?

Equipment gets old, interior space gets old, food costs or rent go up and now you are at break even.That is why the larger businesses make sense that have 200k plus profit a year.

When I speak of heavy industry I'm talking about strategic self sustaining resource production such as steel, capital equipment for construction, petrochemicals, among others. 

This extends the service live the equipment. 

Don't let them come up with excuses or live in a property without functioning equipment.

Giving somebody used units that may or may not have the right equipment, and offering $250/unit install gets you two drunk guys and a truck. 

We don’t mind people filming, but you’re right, normally we charge a day rate ($1500 and up) and require a list of equipment and COI.
