Need what ever help and advice I can get.
OK My husband and I , well mainly him , want to start flipping houses. He thinks it's a get rich quick thing, I am more realistic. But I will say it sounds like something I could do.
1. How to get started. Do I take classes ,or get hired on at a real a state firm, or both.
2. Permits. Who do I see about getting those. And what types will I need.
3. Contractors. Who do I see or where do I go to find the best for the money.
All so any thing else I will need to know , I will be grateful for an help I can get. Thank you.
