One thing that should be common for all realtors is to look for networking opportunities within your company because that’s really the best and most efficient way to make connections when you’re first getting started.I think eXp realty provides an incredible opportunity for new agents to network.

You should be able to communicate your needs and wants to them and make sure everyone is on the same page.

Just to add to what @Rick Martin said, there are also economies of scale with the commercial building, efficiencies that come with having more tenants in one place.

Most of my tenants were able to use it very easily and preferred it to any other mode of communication or payment.

No doubt you will have to work with a competent title company & escrow officer who knows how to efficiently manage two closings.

Same as anyone else, I find lack of communication to be the top problem.
