I think you will find it at least interesting and I agree with Jay Hinrichs , sitting in a classroom is a waste of time (unless you have a hard time with reading comprehension which is clearly not the case).

A good source for a comprehensive Rental Lease in Minnesota is the Minnesota Multi Housing Association.

Anyway I'm not trying brag or advertise some of the things I have done I just wanted to give a good overview of where I'm at and where I came from with an idea of where I'm trying to go.

Some are more comprehensive than others.  

As mentioned AirDNA still has enough data to provide a fairly high overview of the “smaller” markets.

Surely the entire 1st day could not be one long introduction, and general overview setting up a more informative day 2 and 3? 

Finally, there's a business district in the center of town with museums, restaurants, art galleries, etc.Ok, that's the quick and cursory overview of the city, I left a LOT out.
