That gap between the seller finance and this past April was filled with research, helping others buy homes, research, Licensed NYS Realtor, forming my llc, more research, a few seller financed deals for me, market collapse, children ( 2 amazing young men 5 & 7) and kinda only half wanting to get involved with being a landlord, did some rehab work, studied, love learning about real estate, wrote out several business plans, networked, kept my business alive, started coaching as a way to generate clients as an agent, withdrew from the daily grind of working for someone else all along the way.
