Hello BP members! I finally took my RE sales exam yesterday and passed it. I am now waiting to get my license! I know which broker to go to now . They offer training mentors etc. But the question is , what is a fair commission starting point for a new agent? Thank you, David

Go with your gut. Sometimes the money isn't what you are after at first. A good mentor is worth a lot more than a better commission split.

Good luck to you
