I fear if I leave a case of them, it will walk away whether they use them in the property or not.Are there any extra features or amenities you have that most other hosts don't have? 

Obviously the pandemic is no longer a surprise, so AirBnB is honoring the cancellation policies of the hosts as of today.

I have heard from 2 years to 20 years as the magic number but I have yet to speak with anyone who has actually held an Arizona tax deed in order to successfully clear the clouded title.

I still think people would jump on it as NYC has a host of problems now including increasing crime rates.

I manage Mid-America Association of Real Estate Investors and we are still meeting, even more than usual via zoom and also have a new meeting hosted by @Dan Krupa  (Landlord, Flipper, Property Manager) in the Northland that is in person at least tonight.There are also several Landlord groups as well as quite a few members of MAREI that host their own events:  Topeka/Lawrence - Eastern Jackson County - Multi Family and more, we post many of their events on the MAREI Calendar of events so you can attend ALL of them should you want to.

I know some property managers may meet with guests during their stay and check in and show them around the house as an added home sharing experience but we find most hosts prefer the self check in method.

Nevertheless, Short Term Rental hosts should prepare for changes in the way they host tourists since nowadays vacations are turning into long stays.The pandemic has definitely changed life as we knew it, and traveling is not an exception!
