The only catch, and actually a condition of approval to begin with, is that the property needs to be your primary residence and you are required to occupy it as such for that first year of ownership.Hope this helps!

I really don't see it selling by then and if it does someone else is probably going to be blindsided if they don't catch it at closing that the property is only half the size.
