Have you looked at Laramie or any other markets?

Cleveland is a great market to invest in.

Then make improvements to force appreciation.Many people want to buy turnkey especially in the STR market. 

At the time when the chemical industry discovered farmers as a huge market all sorts of herbicides and pesticides (the are banned today) were introduced, stored and disposed of basically into the ground: the farmer did not want to have stuff growing between the barn and the farmhouse anyway, so seemed like a good spot to kick that barrel over.

A growing market and a very promising area!

I have listened to many podcasts, networked quite a bit, and read a ton of articles - but at this point I am just overwhelmed/lost with what is the best route to go down today with the way the market is to cash flow because there are so many creative ideas out there.

I'd like to hear from anyone with experience in this market.

In my market the current average MLS rent ratio is significantly below 0.5%.  1% on the mls is a unicorn find in my market.  

We’re young home owners and with the way the market is looking we might not be able to afford another home if we wait.
